PaddyPower

PROBLEM: Due to the impact post COVID-19, Paddypower needed to merge their PP onside customers portal with their mobile app such that PP onside users can have a smooth experience online

 

SOLUTION: Working with Steer73, we rebuilt the mobile app for PaddyPower to help manage their onside customers and online existing customers, introducing the onside experience as an iFrame on the existing PP native app. We drew out a solution definition that allowed for a smooth transition into the app without any hiccup

KONGANOW

PROBLEM: Implementing same-day delivery to boost GMV by 45%.

 

SOLUTION: This product was widely accepted across FMCG products category which drove the company's GMV up to 45% within the first 3 month of launch. This project also required implementing a re-routing logic into the mobile app that ensured warehoused products were rerouted to the closest outlet to customer's location, thereby making it faster to get these goods across customers.

Lifestores POS

PROBLEM: Majority of pharmacies in Nigeria struggle with having a tool that can help them adequately manage inventory of their drugs and pharmaceuticals per batches in their shop floor without subscribing to an expensive ERP system

 

SOLUTION: We built a seamless POS product that allows pharmacies to manage their inventory and record sale transactions. We also built a reordering system that predicts expected inventory level based on sales trends per pharmacy

SALAD Payroll system

PROBLEM: The efficiency of some payroll systems to effectively disburse employee salaries is quite uncertain hence the need for a more trustworthy platform with atleast a 98% success rate in disbursements.

 

SOLUTION: We built an MVP in 3 months and ran beta testing with 5 companies in Nigeria with a disbursement rate of 100% and continued iteration to improve speed of disbursements. We were able also develop an EIS that helps employers manage employee data
